Sometimes I can't believe how fast time goes by..

My little guy will be finishing up his last week of daycare this week, and starting preschool next week. I'm so excited for him, and I know he will do great. He's going to love making new friends, and I'm sure I'll have a much harder time than he will with this transition.

It doesn't seem like it was that long ago we found out we were pregnant with our little miracle, and I thank God every day that I'm this little boys momma. 

Although part of me isn't ready for him to start preschool, I can't wait to watch him grow and experience this next chapter with him.

Last year I started attending monthly meetings with other local creatives, as part of the Rising Tide Society - Monterey. This group has brought new friendships, provided great support and information to move my photography business forward. The Rising Tide Society is all about community over competition, building each other up, and being supportive of all creatives. Such a wonderful group to be a part of!

As a photographer, being a part of an uplifting and motivational group has truly been a blessing.

A few months back Laura & Rachel (our Monterey leaders) coordinated this awesome collaboration shoot, pictured above. I had never been apart of a styled shoot like this, and it was such a great experience. Their were Models/Couples, Florists, Designers, and Photographers who were all apart of this.
